How long does shipping take?
Shipping times are available on our checkout page as well as in the Shipping policy section, Also check the processing times for the item you are ordering in the description section.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, all orders are processed and shipped worldwide from the US
Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store. All orders and transactions are made online via our website and Instagram page
When will my Pre-order item ship?
Our pre-order items have their shipping date in the product title and product description, if we can ship earlier than the specified dates, an email would be sent to confirm shipment of orders and tracking number.
How do I know the prices in US dollars or My Local Currency?
Please click the dollar sign for the prices in dollars or select from the available currencies to view in your local currency.
Yet to receive my order
All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will be mailed to you; please use the tracking number to track your order.
I need my order by a specific day, will this be possible?

What Shipping Provider do you use?
We ship with USPS UPS, FEDex and DHL for both domestic and international parcels.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Orders can be changed 2 - 4 hours after it has been placed. We begin processing orders immediately, for this we can’t cancel orders after the stipulated timeframe.
